Our Client, a Group of Companies involved in the Shipping Industry, is looking for a Sales Representative to join the team based in Limassol. They are looking for someone who is passionate about building strong customer relationships, achieving results, and growing professionally alongside our company.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and requirements.
- Visit customers and communicate through various channels to strengthen business relationships.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and principals' portfolios.
- Follow company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and corporate values in all daily activities.
- Process and approve customer orders through the ERP system while ensuring customer records are accurately updated.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications using the company's reporting systems.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and the Operations team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide regular sales updates, market feedback, and customer insights to management and principals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional sales support and service.
- Work with management to establish sales targets and budgets, and provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales role or working within a sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and proactive approach.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional reports and product/service presentations.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities in a multicultural business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in both Greek and English is a must, both written and oral
Working Hours:
- Monday – Wednesday 8.30 – 17.30
- Thursday 8.30 – 17.00
- Friday 8.30 – 16.00
- Lunch break 13.00 – 14.00
- This is an onsite role.
