Our client, a Proprietary Trading Firm in Nicosia is looking for a Sales Representative to support the acquisition, onboarding, and retention of retail clients.
Responsibilities:
- Cntact and convert prospective clients through calls, emails, and approved channels.
- Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to account opening, including follow-ups, CRM updates, and onboarding coordination.
- Present the broker’s products, trading conditions, platforms, and services clearly and accurately, without making exaggerated, misleading, or non-compliant claims.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to support activation, retention, redeposits, and long-term client engagement.
- Provide regular reports to management on leads, conversions, deposits, client feedback, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of previous sales experience within FX/CFDs brokerage.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, with evidence of successful client acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Strong understanding of FX/CFD products, trading platforms, client onboarding flows, and the basic risks associated with leveraged products.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Ability to identify, approach, qualify, and convert prospective clients through calls and emails.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain products clearly without making misleading, exaggerated, or non-compliant claims.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a clean audit trail of client communications.
- EU-citizenship
Working Hours:
- The working hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday (onsite role)
