Our client, a Retail Company in FMCG in Paphos, is looking to employ an experienced, driven and ambitious Sales Executive based in Cyprus. The role will involve travel across the entire island, therefore we are open to candidates based anywhere in Cyprus, with no restriction on location. Own transport is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily sales activities
- Merchandise and display products to stimulate customer interest and drive sales
- Tailor sales presentations to different outlets and trade factors
- Analyse existing and potential dealer volumes to focus sales efforts
- Submit orders using price lists and product literature
- Submit activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly plans, and territory analyses
- Monitor competition and gather marketplace intelligence
- Recommend product, service, and policy changes based on results and market activity
- Resolve customer complaints and provide feedback to management
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Contribute to overall team objectives
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (essential)
- Ability to communicate in Greek, as some kiosk owners and employees are Cypriot
- Strong communication skills and openness in reporting and feedback
- Willingness to travel island-wide
- Ability to complete daily call sheets and maintain clear communication with management
- FMCG industry experience
- Customer service and relationship management
- Closing, negotiation, and prospecting skills
- Territory management
- Presentation and product knowledge
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Minimum education: Matric
- Own vehicle required
Working Hours:
The working hours Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
