Our Client, an Automotive Company, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Consultant to be part of their team in Nicosia, who will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all vehicles, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features
Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future
Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them
Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed
Recording sales and inventory on our CRM software
Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets
Assisting with the set-up of showroom and promotional displays
Requirements, Skills and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
Experience in the automotive industry will be considered as a strong advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Ability to prioritize, work within a team and allocate tasks
Strong business awareness
Friendly manner, positive attitude, professional appearance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills
