Our client, a leading brand when it comes to the production and sale of fabric sofas and armchairs, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Assistant, to be based in Limassol.  The role is available on either a full time or part time basis. 

As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of a team, which is responsible to provide exceptional customer service experience. You will assist customers in identifying choice products, provide them with product information and offer advice on products that'll best meet their requirements. 

Role & key responsibilities: 

Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service and provide a unique customer experience. 
Identify customer needs and assist in locating the desired items. 
Provide solutions or replies to address customers' problems or inquires. 
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner. 
Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability. 
Collect cash payments and process credit card transactions for the purchase of goods. 
Work closely with retail store manager to ensure sales targets are achieved. 
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store products and services in order to best serve customers. 
Perform regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies. 
Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner. 
Ensure stock levels are well maintained. 
Provide customers with after sales services and warranty agreements. 
Handle cases of product return, refund or exchange. 
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures. 
Support new staff members. 

Requirements, skills and attributes: 

Previous experience in a similar role. 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in a related field, will be considered as an advantage. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek. 
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.). 
Ability to prioritize, work within a team and allocate tasks. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Strong attention to detail. 
Exceptional customer service skills.
