For a Marketing Services Company (adult entertainment) in Limassol we are looking for a Sales Agent (B to C) who is hungry for money and willing to work night shifts and weekend as the work is with USA market. The communication will not be by phone but only by text (internal CRM program). You need to be good with chatting on messengers and social media and you will be trained. is a great opportunity to make a lot of money and to become a Trainer/Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a client base of paying customers for online adult entertainment platform.
- Use CRM based text communication with the clients to maximize their lifetime value on the platform
Requirements:
- Experience in online sales (Conversion and/or Retention)
- Very known with the chat culture (emoji’s, expressions, abbreviations, etc. So, tech friendly and Social Media Savvy
- Salesperson DNA (some experience is a + but not a must)
- Using messengers heavily and know how to roll a conversation on it (personally and/or professionally such as Customer Support)
- Great level of English B2-C1 (written) and familiarity with messengers slang and American / Global culture of text correspondence
- Familiarity with Messengers and Dating apps
- Experience with CRM
- Multi-tasker – ability to manage several chat and Client Management System simultaneously
- Hungry for money and success
- Ambitious – entry level job that can make you senior in 6 months (with salary of 6K + and more, as there no limits on commissions)
Working hours:
The working hours 3.30 AM – 11 AM, 5 working days a week (additional day negotiable for extra pay), Tuesday – Saturday / Wednesday to Sunday
