Our client in Limassol is looking to hire a Russian-speaking Junior Accountant for a group of Companies. The activities of the companies are: Holding Company, private investment company, company engaged in selling of electronic books (Copyrights).
Responsibilities:
- Daily maintaining of proper accounting records for the group of companies;
- Preparation of management reports for directors on a weekly basis;
- Preparation of Management Accounts on a quarterly basis;
- Cooperation with banks and proceeding of payments on behalf of the companies;
- Cooperation with auditors in preparation of the audited financial statements;
- Performance of other related tasks in accordance with the instructions of the companies’ management in accordance with legal requirements, Articles of Association of the Company, resolutions of the shareholders of the Company, instructions from the Board of Directors of the Company, and taking into consideration the interests of the Company and its shareholders.
Requirements:
- LCCI at least intermediate
- ACCA completed or in progress – would be an advantage
- At least 3-year experience in accounting role in Cyprus
- Fluency in Russian and English, Greek is an advantage
- Experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper
- LCCI/ACCA beginner or any other relevant accounting degree
- EU-citizen / work permit
Working hours:
- The working hours are 8 hours a day; 40 hours a week. Usually 9:00-18:00 (including one hour lunch break). This is an onsite job.
