This Alternative Investment Management Company, regulated by CySEC, is looking for an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings. He/she should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. The person should have a friendly personality in order to effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.


  • Answering telephone calls and emails
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations etc.
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organizing company events
  • Ordering food / stationery / furniture etc.
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean


  • Fluency in Russian and English
  • Greek is a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Driving license B 
  • Highly stress resistant 
  • Office experience
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willing to learn
  • EU-citizenship / Visa is a must

Working hours:

  • The working hours are 9.30am-6.30pm (including 1-hour lunch break)


  • The company is offering a salary of up to 2,500 Euros gross per month during the probation period + medical insurance + parking.
  • After the probation period, the salary will be updated and the employee will be added to company’s medical plan.
