This Alternative Investment Management Company, regulated by CySEC, is looking for an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings. He/she should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. The person should have a friendly personality in order to effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Organizing meetings and managing databases
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations etc.
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organizing company events
- Ordering food / stationery / furniture etc.
- Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Greek is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Driving license B
- Highly stress resistant
- Office experience
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willing to learn
- EU-citizenship / Visa is a must
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9.30am-6.30pm (including 1-hour lunch break)
Salary:
- The company is offering a salary of up to 2,500 Euros gross per month during the probation period + medical insurance + parking.
- After the probation period, the salary will be updated and the employee will be added to company’s medical plan.
