Our client, an International Travel company based in Limassol are looking to hire an experienced and Russian-speaking Air Ticketing Agent with extensive experience with Amadeus and Farelogix, systems to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Booking and issuing air tickets using the Amadeus and Farelogix systems
- Advising clients on flight-related matters and services
- Selecting optimal flight routes based on client or company manager requests
- Issuing, reissuing, processing refunds, and voiding air tickets
- Calculating changes to air tickets
- Checking queues in the Amadeus and Farelogix booking systems
- Ordering and coordinating additional special services with airlines in the Amadeus and Farelogix booking systems
- Handling current requests and maintaining the client database
- Being ready to lead the air ticketing department
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with the Amadeus system
- At least 1 year of experience working with the Farelogix system
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in office software
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of Russian and English is mandatory
- High level of self-organization and ability to work independently
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Strong business communication and negotiation skills
