A Payment Solutions Company in Limassol belongs to a group of very innovative companies with excellent benefits and they are looking for an analytical and serious Reporting Specialist to take ownership of the regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with DORA, CESOP, the Central Bank of Cyprus, and other bodies as relevant. This role is critical in maintaining our regulatory standing and streamlining our reporting procedures. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, validate, and submit reports for DORA, CESOP, Central Bank of Cyprus and other bodies as relevant for the acquiring and EMI operations on a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the relevant authorities in all required jurisdictions to register and maintain compliance for CESOP reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of reported data, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Design and document reporting procedures to standardize compliance processes and include all relevant steps and validations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting through automation and workflow improvements.
  • Liaise with BI to provide guidance on data extraction and the format of the reports.
  • Liaise with the relevant Authorities for clarifications, validations or discussions as needed.
  • Liaise with any 3rd party providers relevant to the reporting requirements
  • Analyse the data in the reports and provide statistical information and insights to management.
  • Collect the reporting obligations from the relevant teams and implement necessary changes.
  • Work closely with finance, compliance, risk, legal and tech teams to gather and validate reporting data.
  • Maintain up to date folders and evidence of validations, raw data and all principles as of the procedures.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or obstacles found on a timely manner to resolve and submit effectively
  • Help in ad-hoc tasks relevant to the Reporting Unit

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in regulatory reporting within fintech payments
  • Strong understanding of DORA, CESOP, and Central Bank of Cyprus reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau), and reporting automation.
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience managing regulatory reporting projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate with regulatory bodies and explain reporting requirements to internal teams.

Working hours:

  • Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday), hybrid working is possible
