Our client is a multi-asset trading platform/ broker and they are looking to employ a Relationship Manager to join their team in Limassol. Responsibilities:
- Generating and developing trading clients
- Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone and email etc
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner
- Actively following up and handling client inquiries and ensuring that high-level service is provided
- Providing training to clients on trading systems
- Perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required
- Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures
- Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous experience as Customer Support or Account Manager position in a financial services company
- Fluency in English is a must
- French/German/Spanish language will be considered an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and innovative
- Self-motivated and target oriented
- Strong computer literacy
