Our client is a Property Development Company in Limassol looking for a Reception Assistant (Russian-speaking). In this role you will be reporting directly to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
  • Responsible for the facilities day to day operations;
  • Negotiates the purchase and ordering of office supplies and equipment as needed;
  • Dealing with correspondence and queries;
  • Making beverages for guests and management;
  • Supporting administrator’s duties/ replacement during vacations;
  • Supporting reception duties including delivery /collection of documents / replacement during vacations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and observe confidentiality requirements
  • Sound judgement and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to form and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing requests
  • Ability to create plans for achieving objectives
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Mastered managing multiple priorities and meeting target dates
  • Fluent Russian and English skills are a must, Greek will be considered as an advantage
  • EU citizenship/work permit for Cyprus
