Our client is a Property Development Company in Limassol looking for a Reception Assistant (Russian-speaking). In this role you will be reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
- Responsible for the facilities day to day operations;
- Negotiates the purchase and ordering of office supplies and equipment as needed;
- Dealing with correspondence and queries;
- Making beverages for guests and management;
- Supporting administrator’s duties/ replacement during vacations;
- Supporting reception duties including delivery /collection of documents / replacement during vacations.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and observe confidentiality requirements
- Sound judgement and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to form and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing requests
- Ability to create plans for achieving objectives
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Mastered managing multiple priorities and meeting target dates
- Fluent Russian and English skills are a must, Greek will be considered as an advantage
- EU citizenship/work permit for Cyprus
