Our client, a start-up property technology company established in London in 2020, is looking for a QA Engineer to join their Cyprus team based in Nicosia to develop and introduce a new web and mobile property services marketplace platform.
Responsibilities:
Partnering closely with the engineering team to ensure the highest quality of product releases.
Bug searching and squashing alongside the engineering team (identifying issues, raising risks, offering suggestions & improvements).
Designing, creating and maintaining comprehensive tests (test plans and cases, integration test).
Aligning tests with requirements and acceptance criteria, in accordance to the user stories, use cases and technical designs.
Liaising with business stakeholders to troubleshoot problems.
Requirements:
A full software life cycle QA engineer who has a demonstrable experience of at least a year in the field, with a software engineering related degree.
Expected to be working directly with developers in an agile environment as we work with Web Technologies. A deep interest and understanding of web stack is a bonus.
Nice to have:
Experience with end-to-end software testing, integration & automation testing, UAT, non-functional testing, performance, load, stress testing.
Understanding of web, API, database and security testing technologies and frameworks.
Maintain all testing artefacts for the project to comply with standards.
