Our client, a Hospitality and Real Estate Group of Companies in Limassol, is looking to hire a Purchasing and Logistics Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and engage potential vendors and suppliers.
  • Compare and evaluate supplier offers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle—from placement to delivery—ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
  • Prepare purchase reports and share them with the Operations and Design teams for review and approval.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses or project sites.
  • Manage after-sales issues, including warranty claims and service follow-ups.
  • Process supplier payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure optimal stock levels and proper storage.
  • Prepare and present weekly procurement and logistics reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Specialist, or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in vendor management and supply chain operations, preferably with international exposure.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in Greek and English

Working Hours:

  • The working hours are Monday – Friday 9-5.30 (+/- half hour earlier or later leave is possible).
  • This is a hybrid role (3 times per week in the office, 2 days from home, effective after the training period)
