Our client, an FX Trading Company, based in Limassol, is looking for a PSP Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with payment service providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Negotiate contracts and agreements with PSPs to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Payment Processing: Oversee the integration and ongoing management of payment gateways. Monitor and analyze payment processing performance, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and onboard new payment service providers to expand our payment options. Conduct market research to stay informed about new PSPs and emerging payment technologies.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all payment processing activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Work closely with the compliance team to maintain high standards of security and fraud prevention.
  • Optimization: Continuously assess and improve payment processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Implement strategies to reduce payment processing costs and increase transaction success rates.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on payment processing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or any other related field. 
  • At least 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role within the Financial industry sector.
  • Working experience within the banking sector (preferably within an IBU) or within a payment service provider or to relevant position within an investment firm. 
  • Familiarity with complex corporate structures. 
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written. Additional languages will be considered an advantage. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Strong client/partner relationship management skills. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Working Hours: 

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
