Property Sales Manager - Limassol

Our client, a Real Estate Company in Limassol, is looking for a Property Sales Manager who will sell property by matching buyer's requests with properties from Companies' Portfolio. 

Responsibilities:

Closes sales by understanding buyers' requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; suggesting alterations; writing a contract.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position
Fluency in English. Russian /Chinese/ Greek is an advantage
Presentation Skills, Understanding the Customer, Prospecting Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Legal Compliance, Independence, Professionalism, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
