Our client is a globally recognized private technology and engineering firm, offering advanced industrial IT solutions across the Hydrocarbons, Chemicals and Power Generation Industries and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the Asset Performance Management (APM) initiatives on-site at the Aspropyrgos refinery facilities in Greece.

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and integration of GE APM solutions, supporting operational excellence by enhancing asset reliability, reducing maintenance costs, and leveraging data-driven insights for smarter decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery & Governance: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, control risks, and handle scope adjustments effectively.
- System Integration: Oversee technical and data integration between GE APM, SAP ERP, and related ICT platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT teams, maintenance and operations leaders, and external vendors to gather requirements and align expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT or digital transformation projects in industrial environments; exposure to the Hydrocarbons or Refining sector is highly valued. (ideally 5- 8 years’ experience)
- PMP®, PRINCE2®, or similar project management certification
- Full professional proficiency in Greek and English, with excellent communication and documentation skills
