Our client, a smart payment cashier software company, is currently looking for a Product Manager with payment background. to join their team in Limassol.
Job Summary:
- The Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, managing the product backlog, and delivering features that provide significant value to our merchants.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and client needs.
- Create, priorities and manage the product backlog.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring the development team understands the priorities of each sprint.
- Gather and analyst user feedback addressing pain points.
- Maintain the product roadmap, communicating progress and updates.
- Able to analyse and write technical functions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related role.
- Experience within a Payment Service Provider (PSP) company or the payment industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
- Proficiency with product management tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with payment gateways
