Our client a leading international multi-asset broker regulated by CySEC with an office in Limassol is looking to expand its team with a Polish FX Sales Agent. As a Sales Agent you will be a results-driven and client-oriented professional who will be responsible for promoting the company’s services and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into clients through outbound calls
- Present, promote, and effectively sell the company’s products and services
- Identify client needs through active listening and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure smooth client onboarding, including account opening and verification
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., documentation, operations) to address client inquiries
- Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) and English
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in financial markets
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Strong computer literacy and quick learner of new systems
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements is a plus
- Highly motivated and result-oriented
