Polish Back Office Assistant - Limassol

Our client is an FX Broker based in Limassol and they are looking for a Polish-speaking Back Office Assistant to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Call monitoring
  • Risk monitoring
  • Perform client checks and ensure that procedures are processed effectively
  • Communicating with clients regarding documents
  • Approving withdrawals
  • Handling any Back Office requests from Sales/Retention
  • Handling customer requests through phone and emails
  • Preparation of reports
  • Checking swift copies and CC refunds
  • Handling requests regarding closing accounts
  • Handling requests about tax statements
  • Translations
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements and Competencies:

  • Languages: Native Polish
  • University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience will be considered an advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to reach targets
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High working ethics and willingness to learn and develop
  • The position involves residency in Limassol, Cyprus
