Our client is a Payment Service Provider in Limassol looking for a Payments/Partnerships Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to broaden your PSP knowledge and network. Any payment enthusiast will gain in-depth knowledge about Payment Gateways, decision making related to routing & Cascading, integration and much more.
Responsibilities:
- Working with an array of payment service providers (PSPs),
- In charge of corresponding between PSPs and our tech teams to integrate solutions to our PCI certified Gateway
- Extend technical support to merchants that are integrating to us or consuming our services of card processing or APMs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored technical support.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience and background in technical aspects of payment processing related to Cards and APMs.
- A general understanding of integration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours:
- The working hours are 9am-5.30pm with 30 minutes break (100% onsite job)
