Our client in Limassol is a service company to several forex brands having different licenses and they are focused on payments. They are looking to recruit a sharp Payment Specialist Withdrawal with attention to detail. We are looking for a looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join their team and help ensure withdrawals are processed in a timely manner and our customer-facing teams maintain top performance and service quality. It’s a startup company and a demanding environment, so they are looking for someone who is very dedicated and flexible, and wanting to make a success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and monitor client withdrawal requests in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Verify client identity and documentation before approving payments.
  • Ensure timely and secure execution of withdrawals via various payment methods (bank transfers, cards, e-wallets, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to flag and escalate any suspicious or irregular transactions. 
  • Liaise with PSPs (Payment Service Providers), banks, and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and assist with reconciliation tasks

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. 
  • Previous experience in payments, finance operations, or back office—preferably in a forex, fintech, or financial services company
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and fraud prevention procedures. 
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in structured shifts 
  • Proficiency in payment platforms and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work in rotating shifts and maintain consistency and performance across varying hours.
  • No prior industry experience required 
  • Fluency in English

Working hours:

  • The working hours are shift hours: Monday to Friday 3pm – 3am shifts at the beginning, and 24/5 shifts on the long terms (onsite role).
