Our client in Limassol is a service company to several forex brands with different licenses, with their focus on payments. They are looking to recruit a sharp Payment Specialist Deposits with attention to detail. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic candidate to join their fast-paced operations team. This role is essential in supporting real-time deposit flows, maintaining seamless payment experiences for our clients, and collaborating with internal teams and PSPs to ensure optimal performance of all payment channels. It’s a startup company and a demanding environment, so they are looking for someone who is very dedicated and flexible, and wanting to make a success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Real-Time Deposits: Actively track deposit activity and ensure successful processing across all payment methods.
  • Client Payment Support: Provide timely and accurate updates to internal teams regarding the status of client payments and transaction issues.
  • PSP Communication: Liaise directly with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to address processing issues, escalations, and downtime notifications.
  • Payment Method Management: Ensure all payment methods are functioning correctly. Report malfunctions, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions promptly.
  • System Updates & Maintenance: Add, remove, or update payment methods in line with operational or technical changes, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Technical Issue Reporting: Notify relevant teams of any disruptions or errors with payment providers, and follow up on resolution timelines.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate problems before they impact clients and take immediate action to ensure continuous service availability.

Requirements:

  • Fast responsiveness: Ability to analyse, respond, and escalate within seconds in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—with the ability to coordinate across departments and with external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently across multiple platforms. 
  • Energetic, proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to daily tasks. 
  • Previous experience in payments, financial operations, or PSP support is an advantage but not mandatory. 
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts and maintain consistency and performance across varying hours.
  • No prior industry experience required 
  • Fluency in English

Working hours:

  • The working hours are shift hours: Monday to Friday 3pm – 3am shifts at the beginning, and 24/5 shifts on the long terms (onsite role).
