Our client, a new Financial Services company based in Limassol, are looking to hire an Operations Manager.
- Deliver new significant professional projects
- Own some repetitive processes and tasks and optimize them
- Run experiments to validate a potential business opportunity
- Complete a go to market strategy (write marketing ads, build landing pages and connect different softwares to work together clickfunnels, zapier, typeform, calendly etc)
- Execute a plan to research and collect data from new markets/ existing clients (via phone & email )
- Complete a pitch and/or presentation deck
- Build a financial model for a prospective venture
- Complete and adjust simple contracts & agreements
- Run a search to find companies, brokers, banks or investors to work with
- Marketing oriented person (copywriting, design, technical skills to build landing pages etc)
- Looking for expansion VS work/life balance
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Intelligent with good problem solving ability
- Able to learn things quickly and have technical senses
- Self starter able to and like to work independently
- Attention to detail oriented
- Focused on simplicity, accountability, and correctness
- Comfortable with asking tough questions
- Team player (win-win mentality)
- Demonstrated ability to finish things
- 35,000 - 45,000 Euro Annual Gross
