Our client is a fast growing and innovative service provider established in Limassol with international exposure and due to continuous growth they are looking to recruit a Onboarding and Market Research Officer to handle and manage our service providers (PSPs and EMIs mainly).

Our goal is to provide tech oriented and high quality services enabling our clients’ growth and success. Our team consist of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high calibre professionals with experience in different industries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform service providers applications, ensure that commercials, and agreement clauses are in line with the different stake holders’ requirements.
  • Perform KYB review on service providers.
  • Create and/or Organise service providers information logging, reporting, and sharing processes.
  • Perform research, analysis and presentation of new payment and risk management solutions department according to the current business needs and growth strategy.
  • Be on top of new payments and risk management solutions and trends within the industry.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with business partners and be on top of information across communication channels (Skype/slack/email etc…)
  • Keep suppliers up to date with relevant company business needs and requirements.
  • Perform payment methods configurations and testing.
  • Perform various computations, reconciliations and produce relevant reports.
  • Contribute to ensure the overall readiness of all departments for the launch of new ecommerce products and functionalities.
  • Constantly develop self to increase personal contribution to the role.

Requirements:

  • Solid demonstrated working knowledge of at least 3 of the 5 below points:
  • Project and/or tasks management.
  • Business relationship management.
  • Online payment platforms.
  • Microsoft office suite – especially excel.
  • Business Analysis and process optimisation.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the high-risk merchant industries.
  • Fluent in English, spoked and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Good planning, organizational and time management skills, including ability to estimate effort and duration of Project Management tasks
  • Meticulous, takes initiative and possesses good analytical skills.
  • Organised, efficient, and looking to succeed within a results-driven team.
  • Attention to details, inquisitive nature and confident in the decision making.
  • Self-starter and able to work without direct supervision.
  • Ability to motivate oneself and others in challenging conditions.

Working Hours

  • Working on shifts (5 days a week from 9h00 to 18h00). Example 1 week from Wednesday to Sunday from 9h00 to 18h00.
