This Investment Holding & Management Company with active investments across a variety of industries such as Mining, Steel Trade & Gastronomy throughout Central Europe, with offices in Krakow, Berlin, and Bratislava, is looking for an Office Administrator for their office in Limassol.  The job includes a lot of filing, keeping documents up to date, and managing templates and the filling thereof. We are looking for passionate individual with 3-5 years of experience in back-office related roles (strictly not forex), who will join the 3 people strong team in Limassol. This is a 100% office job, no remote working.

Responsibilities:
Attending, taking, and writing shareholder meetings minutes
Transcription of past shareholder meetings
Keeping all company documents up to date up to regulatory requirements across the full group of companies
Keeping track of incoming and outgoing loans, etc
Document creation and management
General administrative duties
Liaising with bank, service providers, etc.

Requirements:

Experience working in a similar role is a must
Proven experience in admin-intensive role
Able to work on own initiative or within a team
Strong attention to detail
Fluency in English and Greek is essential
German or Polish language seen as beneficial
IT Literate

The working hours

8:30 - 17:00 with a 30 minute lunch break in between, Monday - Friday
