Our client an International Organisation partnering with governments and delivering reintegration and return-support services across multiple countries under government-funded programmes and are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager who will be working remotely out of Cyprus and assisting the teams and operations spanning Europe, Africa and Asia.

Role Summary

  • This role will take ownership of the external marketing function for the organisation . It is responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive external marketing and brand strategy that strengthens the company’s current market position and supports its expansion into new service areas.
  • Key responsibilities include building brand awareness, increasing digital presence, ensuring our brand is consistently represented and positioned as a trusted partner in immigration and justice solutions.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy
    • Define and maintain the organisations overarching external marketing and brand strategy
    • Translate strategy into clear priorities spanning digital presence, sales enablement and bid support
    • Set direction for campaigns, collateral and thought leadership aligned to growth objectives
    • Review effectiveness and adjust focus over time
    • Maintain governance, quality and brand consistency across all externally facing materials
  • Own External Digital Presence
    • Own and maintain the external website and all published external communications (content, accuracy, updates)
    • Ensure services, credentials, case studies and impact statements are current and compelling
    • Work with country teams to strengthen and align regional digital presence
    • Ensure digital content supports sales, partner engagement and bid positioning
  • Manage Social Media Presence
    • Plan and manage credibility led social media activity aligned to the organisations external narrative
    • Publish insight, impact stories, thought leadership and organisational updates
    • Ensure tone, messaging and visual presentation meet market and public sector expectations
    • Monitor usage and performance, driving increased reach and accessibility
  • Sales Enablement, Bid and Proposal Support
    • Own and maintain core sales collateral, including capability statements, service overviews and credentials packs
    • Develop and curate presentation materials for customers, partners and stakeholders
    • Support bids and proposals through provision of approved content, visuals and messaging (in collaboration with Bids and Ops teams)
    • Ensure all externally used materials are current, compliant and consistently branded
    • Act as the central authority for externally facing decks, templates and narrative content
  • Safeguard External Narrative and Brand
    • Ensure consistent external messaging across all channels and touchpoints 
    • Coordinate externally facing content originating from across the organisation
    • Develop and maintain a structured, accessible external resource library, including: 
    • Case studies and impact stories
    • Sales collateral and capability statements
    • Presentations and bid materials
    • Image library, graphics and visual assets for bids and documents
  • Brand Ownership
    • Definition and stewardship of the organisations overall brand strategy and market positioning
    • Ownership of brand application across all external touchpoints (website, social media, collateral, bids, presentations)
    • Setting, maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines for internal and external use
    • Ensuring visual and narrative coherence across markets and service lines

Requirements:

Essential (these will be used to decide whether to shortlist)

Experience:

  • Marketing within B2G (business-to-government) or service sectors
  • Digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy
  • Undertaking market research and analysing data and 
  • Presenting information to a variety of audiences

Skills:

  • Excellent ICT knowledge and experience of using all Microsoft Office packages
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines

Education:

  • A degree in Marketing or a similar, related field or the equivalent years’ of experience

Desirable:

Skills

  • Strong understanding of immigration, justice, or related industries.

Education

  • Masters in Marketing or a similar, related field.

Salary & Benefits:

  • 40,000 to 45,000 Euros gross annually based on experience
