Our client, a Maritime Services Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Marketing Communication Executive who is open to travel and has extensive experience in the Marketing and PR sector. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in marketing management, PR, and event planning. Experience within the shipping industry and with companies operating on a global scale will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies to elevate the company's profile across various countries and meet business objectives.
  • Define and communicate the company’s unique selling proposition (USP) and brand values, ensuring consistent alignment across all channels.
  • Conduct market analysis, including target audience research, competitor analysis, and industry trends, to inform strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO strategies, content creation, and email marketing campaigns, to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Actively manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms and traditional advertising channels through engaging content and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders to boost brand awareness and visibility.
  • Plan and execute events such as trade shows, webinars, and industry networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.
  • Develop strategies to nurture leads generated from events and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective follow-up and maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • Work closely with the business development team to generate new business opportunities and support lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics for marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management for continuous optimization.
  • Regularly track and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in Marketing, PR, Business Development, or a similar role, with international exposure is a must.
  • Experience in organizing large-scale events, particularly on a global level and participating in international conferences.
  • Computer literacy; excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer-oriented skills.
  • The standard working hours are from 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and on Fridays they work from 08:00 until 14:00. They offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements upon completion of the training period. This means that, after completing the training period, employees can work from home on any day of the week. They offer a flexible schedule to accommodate work-life balance.
