Our client, a Law Firm, specializing in civil, commercial and corporate fields, based in Limassol, is looking to hire a Litigation Lawyer.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, reviewing, and executing legal opinions and various legal documents
- Preparing, reviewing, and executing commercial contracts
- Attending Courts for submissions and for making appearances
- Drafting, reviewing and filing pleadings
- Assisting with litigation cases including inter alia banking, family, inheritance and tort cases
- Assisting with transactional compliance matters
- Assisting with client due diligence
Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB)
- Master’s degree (LLM) would be considered as advantage
- Member of Cyprus Bar Association
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer in a law firm
- Experience in commercial agreements and transactions
- Good Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of i-justice
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English. Russian would be considered as advantage.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working Hours:
The working hours are 08:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00, Monday to Friday (onsite job)
