Our client, a Law Firm based in Limassol, is looking to hire a Litigation Lawyer.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, agreements, and other related legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and reviewing legislation and case law.
- Reviewing and managing court cases, including communication with clients and colleagues, and making appearances through the iJustice electronic filing and case management platform, as well as in person when necessary
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer in Cyprus.
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least 4 years of experience as a lawyer.
- Excellent command of Greek and English.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with the iJustice platform.
- Experience in drafting Court pleadings.
- Experience in conducting court hearings is not required
Working Hours:
- The working hours are 08:30-17:30, Monday to Thursday (one hour lunch break). Friday: 8:30 – 14:00 (onsite)
