Our client is a group of companies providing a full range of development services for the construction industry from project development to its implementation and they are currently recruiting for a Land Analyst for their offices in Limassol.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Economic Analysis to determine the viability of proposed land acquisitions
- Collect, maintain, and analyze demographic, financial, commercial, and other relevant competitive community performance data
- Analyze and report actual monthly, quarterly and annual results and trends in relation to the previous year, budget and forecasts
- Metric and Data Analysis
- Controls land lease agreements and business terms required for land payment
- Continuous provision of information throughout the day and on holidays and weekends
- Create tools to improve land data reporting and management
- It searches for land and identifies potential land acquisition opportunities that are aligned with the objectives of the Company's market strategy and business plan and conducts relevant analysis
- Informs management based on the findings of the analysis
- Identify problems and resolve them immediately
- Make decisions based on data analysis and experience
- Prioritize the resulting tasks
- Various other related Tasks to be assigned by management
Necessary Qualifications:
- BSc in Economics or related discipline
- At least (2) two years' experience in a related position
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English
