Our client is an international development and distribution company and they are looking for a Junior Logistics Administrator. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, thorough and precise in processing, and collaborative in working with other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming international client orders.
- Record Sales Quotations and Sales Orders correctly and promptly in the system.
- Ensure that Sales Orders are executed and managed for the timely dispatch, and delivery according to schedule requirements.
- Proactively, manage, and execute outbound shipments.
- Prepare and coordinate necessary documentation for the transportation of outgoing goods (DG declaration, L/C documentation, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
- Maintain regular communication with Channel Partners, Warehouse and Production Department ensuring end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience with ERP systems, i.e., SAP is a plus.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- University degree will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
- Located in Limassol area
Working hours:
- The working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm.
