Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Junior Compliance Officer with experience in KYC/Due Diligence/Clients' onboarding. We are looking for a junior compliance officer who will check the documents from the clients and verify their accounts or request additional documents, information, etc. from the support managers. No CySEC AML or Advanced Certification is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to Head of Compliance
- Receiving and following up Client complaints or grievances and filing these complaints or grievances
- General Compliance and Administration Support (filing, responding to emails, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g. Dealing, Back Office) on daily basis
- Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager.
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Experienced only in KYC/Due Diligence/Clients' onboarding
- Fluent in English, both oral and written. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, with sound knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to details
- Excellent research skills
- Experience in working under pressure and shifting priorities
- Positive and can-do attitude, highly committed personality
Working hours:
The working hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday
