Our client is an online broker in Limassol. On their platform you are able to trade in more than 26 countries and you have access to 120 stocks worldwide. Clients can invest independently in shares, options, etc. As an Italian-speaking Customer Support Technician / Trading Desk to provide front-line support to clients via email, phone, WhatsApp, and screen sharing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and has strong knowledge of trading platforms and financial instruments.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Conduct screen-sharing sessions to assist clients with platform navigation or operational issues
- Place and manage orders on behalf of clients, when requested and permitted
- Offer technical support and guidance on the Trader Workstation (TWS) platform
- Provide assistance across a wide range of financial instruments: Stocks, Options, Futures, Bonds, and ETFs
- Work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality client service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with trading platforms, particularly Interactive Brokers' Trader Workstation (TWS)
- Solid understanding of financial products: Equities, Options, Futures, Bonds, ETFs
- Confident using multiple screens and switching between systems (CRM, Excel, TWS, etc.)
- Previous experience in a trading or brokerage environment is a plus
- Native Italian speaker and fluency in English; other languages are a plus
Working hours:
- The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 and 1x per month 11:00 to 20:00 (onsite role)
