This will be a contractor position from June to September/October (estimated)
Overview
- We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager for our Management Consulting Department at our office in Nicosia. This is a great opportunity for high-caliber professionals who wish to work and thrive in a high-performance environment.
The Opportunity:
- Leading the delivery of client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with clients to understand strategic priorities and translating them into structured project plans and actionable workstreams.
- Managing end to end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
- Facilitating client workshops, capturing and validating business requirements, and coordinating their translation into deliverables.
- Identifying, assessing, and proactively managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, including escalation where required.
- Preparing and delivering high quality presentations and status updates to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to best practices.
The Individual:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Consulting and/or Project Management roles
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Government, or Telco sectors will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience managing projects end to end, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office); familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA)
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and oral)
