Interior Designer - Limassol

Our client is a long standing established property entity, whose core business is Real Estate in Limassol. They are looking to hire an Interior Designer to join the team, and contribute to mixed-use projects featuring both residential and commercial spaces in Limassol. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in creating design concepts and mood boards for residential and commercial interiors 
  • Support the preparation of client proposals, including finishes, furniture selections, and presentations 
  • Communicate with suppliers to collect pricing and samples, and assist in cost analysis 
  • Performs client presentations and constant follow-ups. 
  • Partake in client meetings and follow-ups 
  • Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and subcontractors to support quality control 
  • Help track project timelines, deliveries, and budgets to ensure successful execution 
  • Stay current with the new trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture world and get informed about new products and acquire samples. 
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented appropriately. 
  • Uphold company values, policies, and design standards. 
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar.  
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills 
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in interior design 
  • Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.  
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.  
  • Knowledge of 3D software will be considered an advantage.  
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.  
  • Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills.  
  • Demonstration of ability to work across several projects simultaneously whilst managing workload and meeting deadlines. 
  • Someone who thrives both working in a team and independently 
  • Someone with a proactive nature, great instincts, open to feedback.

Benefits:

  • Salary based on experience + 13th +•    Attractive bonus package + commissions
  • 21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave allowance paid by the company

Working hours:

  • Flexible working hours either 8am - 5pm or 9am-6pm
