Our client is a boutique property development and investment company seeking to onboard an Interior Architect. The company is the fastest growing property development and investment company in Cyprus. As an Interior Architect at the company you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the interior design process and architectural design detailing, ensuring the successful execution of our projects from concept to completion to the highest standard.
What you will work on:
- Coordination of Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical/Structural of Interior Drawings.
- Design Detailing (RCPs, Flooring Plans, Elevations [Internal] etc).
- On-Site Coordination - With Contractors and Subcontractors and Project Architects.
- Communication with clients (client changes) - And Liaising with internal design and project management departments.
- Material Selection (Finishes, Booklets etc).
- On-Site Detailing Clarifications with Contractor and Subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in similar positions.
- Previous experience at a development company will be considered an advantage (preferably with on AND off site experience).
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects.
- Fluent in English and Greek.
