Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for our river cruise teams, directly or through global agencies.
- Handle visa applications and coordinate travel and accommodations for our crew
- Ensure team members meet company standards and facilitate seamless onboarding and handovers
- Maintain and update our crew database, oversee working hours, and review pre-payroll details
- Collaborate with teams across departments to improve and innovate HR processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR / recruitment or the hotel catering industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
- German skills are a very big advantage
- A collaborative spirit and a knack for teamwork
- Confidence with standard IT tools and the ability to adapt to new systems
- A curious mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong communication skills and ready to take responsibility for daily duties
- Good computer skills
- Flexible attitude
- Willing to travel (about 1 to 2 times per year)

Working hours:
- Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm daily with an hour lunch break. Overtime will be required from time to time. This is an onsite role.
