Our client, a leading Construction Company in Cyprus, is currently looking to hire a Heavy Duty Machinery - Electrician, to be based in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for inspecting the engines of vehicles / machinery and mechanical / electrical components for troubleshooting and diagnosis.
Carrying out maintenance work (e.g., fluid replacement, lubrication of parts, etc.) with the aim of proper operation of the vehicle / machine.
Planning future maintenance plans of vehicles / machines.
Informing the operators about the correct use of the vehicles / machines.
Responsible for inspecting the electrical systems of vehicles / machinery for repair, maintenance and upgrade.
Repair or replace worn or malfunctioning parts (e.g., leaks).
Provision of accurate estimates (e.g., maintenance costs and time, chances of failure).
Maintaining logs of work and losses.
Responsible for the proper maintenance of the equipment.
Qualifications:
Technical School Diploma or Degree in Engineering
Previous experience in heavy machinery will be considered as an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Very good organizational skills and effective time management under pressure
