Our client is a Financial Technology Provider and part of a group of companies which comprises of fintech, property/real estate and internal investment portfolios are they are looking for a Head of Sales to join and lead their sales team based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and govern the global sales team, relationship managers team, and define policies, procedures, KPIs and workflows for sales, and marketing efforts. 
Responsibility for the corporate website, news releases, media press releases, and all client communications. 
All commercial activities overlapping legal, contractual, and compliance and regulatory activities. 
Driving and planning the global sales and marketing strategy and roadmap, planning campaigns and business partnerships.
Accompanying the sales staff on major client pitches to ensure the correct message, commitment, and delivery is made as well as making an appearance as a senior representative of the business.

Requirements:

Previous experience as head of sales or head of relationship management is essential.
