Our client, an international IT Company in Nicosia (outskirts) with a professional, dynamic, fun, challenging and creative environment, is looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative. This opening is for evening shift 5pm - 1am with two consecutive weekdays off (not weekend days).
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction via email and phone calls
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Communicate with other departments concerning client issues/complaints
Requirements:
- Fluent or native German Speaker
- Strong command of the English language
- Proficiency in web-surfing and multitasking
Working hours:
This opening is for evening shift 5pm - 1am with two consecutive weekdays off (not weekend days).
