Our client, a Software Services Company for the online dating sector based in Limassol, is looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of German-speaking Customer Service Agent who is hungry for success. In this role you will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide our B2C members a fantastic service experience over WhatsApp, chat and email
- Have the best solution for our members’ requests on hand
- Answer all kind of questions about the services and products of the company
- Support potential members during sign-up
- Coordinate deliveries and repairs with the local operations teams
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and / or a customer facing job, preferably one focused on a customer service experience
- Passion for dealing with people and a strong problem-solving competence
- Find motivation in going the extra mile to really please your customers
- Fluency in German and English
- Curious and excited to work constantly on improvements
- Have very good prioritization and communication skills
Working hours:
Working hours: 9am – 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
