Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a highly motivated German-speaking Back Office Assistant who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our back-office operations. Your responsibilities will involve administrative tasks, data management, and supporting various operational functions.
Responsibilities:
- Processing payments
- Leading and ensuring effective implementation of Know your Client (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients
- Monitoring clients’ deposits and withdrawals in the CRM
- Coordinating with the AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting and Sales Departments for back-office and payments related tasks
- Communicating with the Company’s payment providers
- Supporting related to banking transactions
- Assisting with the company’s transaction monitoring process
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field shall be considered as and advantage
- Minimum of 1 year experience at the position of Back Office Assistant in the forex industry, or a similar position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent knowledge of German language (verbal and written)
- Located in Cyprus
Salary:
- The company is offering a salary of 1,800 - 2,000 Euros gross per month (based on skills and experience) + medical insurance + parking
Working hours:
- The working hours are 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
