Our client, a very large international Software Development company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a GenAI Marketing Officer for an 18 month contract, to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Creating analysis, researches and persona briefings with Company GenAI prompts system.
- Working with GenAI creative tools e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-Pilot, NotebookLM, etc.
- Open and issue POs in the Company procurement system.
- Tracking the POs status and communicating with vendors on submitting invoices on time.
- Tracking the budget forecast and updating the forecast including accruals.
- Supporting the Setting of new vendors in the system.
- Support Gifts & Hospitality (G&H) opening and approvals.
- Support the ordering and distribution of branded items across Europe, Middle East & Africa.
- Maintain the lists per strategic accounts.
- Support creating of internal newsletter to sales
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous working experience with GenAI – must be proficient
- Must read, write and speak English fluently. Other languages spoken will be considered a bonus
- Must have an affinity for Marketing and Customer Sales
- Must be hard working & takes initiative
- Must be a team player and eager to learn
- Problem solver
- Must be willing to work with a diverse group of people
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 25 hours per week (flexible on distribution of hours)
