Our client is an AI startup specializing in AI Communication Agents and who develop cutting-edge solutions that help businesses optimize customer interactions and are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and versatile Full Stack Developer to join the team at their Larnaca based offices.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building software, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a startup environment where ideas move fast and impact is immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly prototype and develop functional PoCs based on evolving ideas and internal needs
- Work across the stack to create simple but effective implementations
- Explore and integrate new technologies, APIs, and tools
- Collaborate with product and leadership to refine experimental ideas
- Maintain clean and modular code that can be extended or re-used
- Balance speed with quality to deliver high-impact results in short cycles
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong full stack development skills, comfortable with both frontend and backend
- Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Ability to build fast, light, and functional prototypes
- Creative problem-solving mindset and willingness to explore uncharted territory
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for programming, tinkering, and building new things
- Curiosity and flexibility in trying new approaches, libraries, and tools
What We Offer:
- Salary from €30,000–€45,000, depending on experience (flexibility for the right fit candidate)
