Our client is an international AdTech company in Limassol is looking for a Front-End Technical Lead
Responsibilities:
- Take architectural responsibility for the front end of our applications, setting the technical direction while remaining hands-on in building intuitive, high-performance interfaces for complex data.
- Provide technical direction and mentoring to our existing front-end developer, guiding implementation, reviewing code, and maintaining high engineering standards.
- Work closely with Backend/Data Engineers to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
- Define and maintain front-end architecture, coding standards, design systems, and reusable UI components.
- Own front-end performance, scalability, maintainability, and quality, while ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and spotless execution.
Requirements:
- Extensive professional experience building complex production front-end applications, with a proven track record of owning front-end architecture and leading technical decisions.
- Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, supported by deep knowledge of browser behavior and front-end performance optimization.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design, with the ability to translate product requirements and design concepts into robust interfaces.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and handling real-time data visualizations.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and design best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to technically lead and mentor other front-end developers through implementation guidance, code reviews, and clear architectural decisions.
- Working with GIS/map applications is a big advantage.
- Strong architectural judgment: ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and balance usability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Strong experience with state management and application structure (Redux, MobX, Zustand, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Highcharts, etc.) is a plus.
- Exposure to Metabase, Elasticsearch, or similar analytics/BI tools is a plus..
- Knowledge of AdTech workflows and how users interact with campaign and reporting platforms is a plus..
- Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools is a plus.

Working Hours:
The working days are Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour off (onsite job for people located in Limassol, for candidates located in Paphos, Nicosia, etc. hybrid working can be discussed).
