Our client is a leading international CySec Licensed Forex Trading Company in Limassol and they are looking for a French speaking Premium Customer Success Officer who will be responsible for working closely with clients by maintaining a nice and steady relationship with them. The role is to ensure the satisfaction and engagement of VIP clients by addressing their needs and maintaining strong relationships. Providing in-depth market insights, analysis and updates to keep clients informed and involved, and ensuring they receive timely and comprehensive support to enhance their overall experience with the company. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in sales related roles, relationship management roles, etc. (conversion/retention). The right candidate must have a great understanding of the flow of data around the financial markets, experience, and proven track record of successful technical and fundamental analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with existing clients, offer them the best solution services
- Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied as well as gaining and using feedback
- Researching industry trends
- Giving presentations to clients about products or services
- Resolving and answering any questions asked by the client, if able to help or escalate it to the relevant department
- Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
- Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Business, or any other relevant field
- At least two years of experience in a Client Relationship, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support role within the Forex industry
- Excellent command of the French and English language. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
- Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
- Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Being familiar with our at least main events / parameters of events / profile parameters
- Self-motivated and high achiever
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Working hours:
- The working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, onsite
