Our client is a CySec Regulated Forex Company based in Limassol and they are looking to recruit French speaking Business Developers who will be responsible to extend the company network with new partners /affiliates/ IB's
Responsibilities:
Monitor business development agreed targets and propose the necessary corrective actions if necessary
Identify new potential business opportunities and specific market segments
Develop the business according to the business plan and market potential
Generate sufficient leads and opportunities through marketing and business development to generate the expected business growth
Monitor market for trend changes, competition, new opportunities, developments
Responsible for establishing and maintaining good business relationships with new clients
Prepare materials and descriptions of products and propose new products
Update Clients in terms of offerings
Produce relevant reports to management
Initiate and coordinate regional marketing activities such as seminars, local exhibitions, campaigns through the marketing department
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Forex Business Development role
Fluent in English and French
Experience in multi-cultural business environment
Strong data analytics in regard to market potential
Dynamic, results oriented and self-motivated personality
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Salary and benefits
Basic Salary from 2500 Euros upwards based on experience + commissions
