Our client is a CySEC licensed FX Company and they are looking to hire an English Retention Agent to join the team based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

•    Reception of clients into the Company
•    Assisting clientele with transacting funds
•    Assisting clientele with company's services 
•    Negotiating better conditions with company's clients
•    Building and maintaining business relationships between the company & clients
•    Handling of customers complaints

Requirements:

•    English speaker
•    Sales/ portfolio managing experience
