Our client is an online broker in Limassol.  On their platform you are able to trade in more than 26 countries and you have access to 120 stocks worldwide. Clients can invest independently in shares, options, etc.   

As a Dutch-speaking Relations/Support Agent you will be responsible for relationship management, customer service excellence, and sales development in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Provide exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and account-related requests efficiently
  • Process account openings, profile updates, and transaction requests accurately
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system Sales & Business Development Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Proactively communicate new products, services, and promotional offers to clients
  • Support lead conversion and client onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with sales team to achieve departmental targets Compliance & Operations Support
  • Work closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Support KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence processes 

Requirements: 

  • Native Dutch / Flemish proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Strong English communication skills, French or German is a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations
  • Background in financial services, banking, or investment industry
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and financial products
  • Understanding of EU financial regulations

Working hours:

  • The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 and 1x per month 11:00 to 20:00 (onsite role)
